That's awesome that you are planning to go to the temple to receive your endowments or to be sealed!
If this is your first time going through the temple, you will need a Living Ordinance recommend. Schedule a meeting with Bishop for an interview. Contact ward Executive Secretary to get an appointment scheduled. Then you will need to schedule an appoint with President Taylor, the Stake President, for the second interview.
Once you have your signed recommend (either digital or paper), you will contact the temple where you are wanting to receive your endowments or getting sealed. They will help you schedule you appointment and give you the needed information of what you need.
